Health Maintenance Multi-layer Sheet "Cure Light"

Can be applied to vertical and three-dimensional surfaces! High water retention due to the four-layer structure eliminates the need for additional watering for about 7 days!

"Cure Light" is a concrete curing sheet that suppresses moisture evaporation and prevents cracks, chips, dents, and peeling. With its four-layer structure, it has high water retention, eliminating the need for additional watering for about seven days. It finishes with a smooth surface, and its sufficient water retention enhances durability and strength. Additionally, it can be applied to vertical and three-dimensional surfaces, and being thin and lightweight makes both application and removal easy. [Features] - Thin and lightweight, making both application and removal easy - Can be applied to vertical and three-dimensional surfaces - High water retention due to the four-layer structure, eliminating the need for additional watering for about seven days - Strength increased by over 30% compared to conventional watering curing methods *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Retort shock reduction grade / high moisture resistance grade <MULTILAY>

"High moisture resistance grade" can reduce thickness by about 20% compared to standard sheets! Introducing our products.

We would like to introduce the "Retort Shock Reduction Grade / High Moisture Barrier Grade (Gauge Down)" handled by Idemitsu Unitech. The "Retort Shock Reduction Grade" reduces the amount of oxygen entering the container during high-temperature sterilization (retort processing). It can be thermally molded in the same way as EVOH multilayer sheets. Additionally, the "High Moisture Barrier Grade (Gauge Down)" has high moisture barrier properties and rigidity, allowing for approximately 20% thickness reduction compared to standard sheets. 【Features】 ■ Retort Shock Reduction Grade - Reduces the amount of oxygen entering the container during high-temperature sterilization (retort processing) - Can be thermally molded like EVOH multilayer sheets ■ High Moisture Barrier Grade (Gauge Down) - Allows for approximately 20% thickness reduction compared to standard sheets due to its high moisture barrier properties and rigidity - Exhibits more than twice the moisture barrier performance compared to standard PP sheets *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Health Maintenance Multi-layer Sheet "Cure Light"

Escape from the "Material Maze." Environmentally friendly products born in the concrete advanced nation of America.

"Cure Light" is a curing multi-layer sheet backed by reliable quality confirmed by test data. In addition to its proven track record in the United States, it has also obtained excellent data domestically. In concrete compressive strength tests, it showed an improvement of over 30% in strength compared to water curing, achieving strength comparable to that of underwater curing. It is thin and lightweight, making both installation and removal easy. It can be applied to vertical and three-dimensional surfaces. With its high water retention due to the four-layer structure, additional watering is unnecessary for about seven days. 【Structure】 ■ Layer 1: Protection ■ Layer 2: Distribution ■ Layer 3: Water Retention ■ Layer 4: Water Absorption *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
